Our vast technical knowledge, both in traditional manually designed lasts and CAD modelling, allows us to create an extremely detailed last.
SERVICES
The position of the lasts are ensured since our quality standards are controlled by CMM machines (Coordinate Measure Machines) with which we can guarantee maximum tolerances of 0,1mm.
LASTS DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
A 3D Development Team optimizes every single aspect of the lasts to match each customer’s exact needs and requirements. Our shoe lasts are made of 100% HDPE - High Density Polyethylene, and they are crafted by CNC milling.
SOLE DESIGN
Continuously investing in training and technology: from CAD 2D and 3D Software, CNC machines, robots, and measuring machines, all to match each customer’s exact needs and requirements.
MOLD DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION
